My credit/debit card payment was declined, but money is still reserved on my bank account.

Paybis pre-authorizes your funds for each transaction, thus, if your payment has been declined, your money will free up within 48-72 business hours.
In rare cases and depending on your bank policies, it can take up to 14 business days. Read more about pre-authorization hold.

To get your funds faster, you can always contact your bank and ask them to void the preauthorization hold.
