I cannot log in into my account, what to do?

If you are trying to access your Exchange account from the Support Portal, you should know that these are two different accounts that are not connected to each other. 

If you cannot remember your password, please reset it here. After you have entered your registered email, click on Restore. You will receive an email that will let you reset your password. Make sure to check your Spam and Junk folders as it might accidentally land there.
