Proof of address will be requested if you are using our services from one of the restricted locations.
We will ask you about the purpose and period of staying in a restricted jurisdiction and request a relevant document from your permanent residence. Acceptable documents include:
Utility bill not older than 3 months;
Bank statement showing consecutive payments for utilities for the last 3 months;
Document issued by a state or municipal institution that shows the address of permanent residence and is not older than 3 months.
