MTN phone verification issue
We have noticed SMS delivery problems to the phone numbers within MTN Nigeria carrier network.
Our team is aware of these issues and working to resolve them as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, use the phone number of other carriers to verify your account.
Verification
We accept Identity card, Driving License, International Passport, Voter's card.
Take a photo of your selected document in good quality and upload it.
Make sure your face is clearly visible and no data is hidden by flashlight, etc.
All 4 corners of your document should be visible.
Please upload an original photo, we do not accept screenshots or edited pictures.
Do not upload the same photo many times.
Do not add a better quality picture on your original document's photo - it's a forgery and your account will be suspended on our platform.

Verification rejected
Please follow the instructions you receive via email.
If you are asked to improve your photo, please take time and take a good quality picture of your document. Do not edit your pictures or any of the document data.
If the message says that we cannot provide services to you, please do not create new profiles, as the message will be the same for all attempts.
If you uploaded someone's else document, the only option for you to verify will be by providing an International Passport.
!!! Beware of fake road officers who issue forged driving licenses.
Transactions with credit/debit card
Please note that you should use your own card to avoid being blocked by our payment processing partner.
Accounts with the same card used will be blocked as well.
Successful payments (the numbers in brackets indicate the first 6 digits on your debit card).
Currently, it is the best to use cards issued by Zazu Africa Limited (536898).
However, be careful as they might debit you, but payments are not successful on our side. We see a lot of decline messages - Do Not Honour.
We do not recommend using Dash App for now, as your money might be stuck for a while.
FCMB bank (524282*) - no successful payments in NGN, but other currencies (AED, USD) seem to be working better.
Some successful payments with the following cards as well:
Zenith Bank VISA cards (468588) in USD, AED and NGN
Union Bank of Nigeria PLC Mastercard (536024 and 524289) in NGN
Pckt Money Oyj Mastercard (537492) in USD, NGN, AED
FCMB Mastercard (524282) in USD, AED, CAD
!!! Do not use the same card on different accounts - it will be blocked and your account might be suspended as well.
Please make sure you have enough funds to make the payment as well as if your limit has not been used up yet. ~20% of payments are declined due to these 2 reasons.
You may also check a card from Pyypl (537492*) since they provide services to Nigeria. Please make sure to have sufficient funds and confirm 3DS within 15 minutes.
Plumter USD card might be used as well, but be aware of the higher exchange rate for USD than in the banks. Click here for a guide on how to create a Plumter virtual card. If you are asked to verify it, please rotate your phone horizontally, take a screenshot, and upload it to the system.
We also advise using a virtual card from Flutterwave as their card can be easily verified and used on our platform.
Card debited, but the transaction is not successful
Sometimes, when using Zenith, Access, FCMB cards, your payment might fail on our end, but your bank still pre-authorizes your payment. If that happens, they might ask you to provide a decline receipt for your failed payment in order to release your funds back to your card's balance. You may provide the automated system email "Order Invoice ID - there has been a problem" or "Payment failed" that can be found in your registered email's inbox to your bank. Once you provide that to them, they will cancel your pre-authorization hold.
3rd party cards
You shall not use 3rd party cards as you will not be able to verify them.
If we notice you using the same card on different accounts, that card will be blocked on our platform.
Do not try to verify the card if it does not belong to you - your account might be suspended.
All transactions with unverified cards will be canceled, thus, you risk having no access to the funds till the bank returns them. As we heard, it might take from 2-6 weeks for international purchases.
Beware of clipboard viruses
Some customers complained of their wallet addresses changing after they are copied. Run an antivirus program to be sure your device is secure.
Be careful and always double-check the wallet address before you proceed with the transaction.
Error codes, camera not working
If you receive an error code during verification of your account or card, please refresh the page, log out from your account and log back and try again.
If you are trying to pass the liveness verification on the Paybis Google Play app and your camera is not working, please try to use Google Chrome instead by going to the paybis.com website.
When paying with Skrill/Neteller, please note the following:

It is only allowed to use a personal Skrill/Neteller account. If the account name and surname, and DOB do not match the Paybis account, the transaction will be rejected and the payment refunded.

In the case of refunds, the incoming and outgoing transaction fees will not be refunded.
Extra charges by Mastercard for International payments
If you see extra charges on your statement, please note that it could be applied by Mastercard for making International Purchases.
It usually says MC POS Intl on the alert/statement.
