In this article, we provide you a guide on how to create a Corporate account and how to apply for business verification (KYB) on the Paybis web.
Step 1:
Head over to the Paybis main page and make sure to find the "Corporate" option next to the "Private" section. Be sure to choose the corporate option and go towards the "Sign up" section. Excitedly press "register" and wait for the system to display the following information:
Step 2:
Feel free to provide the email address you would like to use for registration on Paybis. After you have added it, a confirmation code will be promptly sent to your email. Kindly copy the code and ensure to add it to the necessary boxes.
Step 3:
After entering the code from the email, you will be redirected by the system to continue with the following steps: provide the company name, phone number, consent to our terms of service, and agree to the privacy policy.
Step 4:
After you have entered the information mentioned above, a code will be sent to your phone number to verify its existence.
Step 5:
Congratulations on successfully creating the account! The verification process will now commence. Once you have filled out all the necessary information, you can proceed with the verification process by clicking on ''Start verification''.
Step 6:
The verification process will begin by entering the country in which the company is registered, selecting the industry in which the company operates, and choosing the entity type from the provided list. Once all selections have been made, click on ''Next'' to continue.
Attention: It is crucial to carefully select the appropriate entity type. Choosing the correct entity type is essential for generating an accurate document list. Please be aware that selecting the wrong entity type will necessitate users to refill and resubmit their application.
Step 7:
After selecting the country, industry, and entity type, the next step involves delving deeper into the reasons for choosing Paybis for your business.
Step 8:
Once selecting and submitting the purpose, the next required step from your company's end is to provide the following "Business information."
Step 9:
After submitting the necessary business information, the system will prompt you to enter the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information in order to complete the corporate account verification process successfully. During verification, you will be asked to upload identity documents and undergo a Liveness verification using facial biometric technology.
Step 10:
Once you have submitted the Ultimate Beneficial Owners information and passed the verification steps (including identity document and liveness checks), you will see on your screen that your information is currently under review, as shown in the example below:
