Whether you are looking for proof of a recent purchase or the blockchain hash (TXID) for a transfer, you can find all these details in your Transactions section.
Access Your Transaction History
To view your full history, please log in and navigate to the "Transactions" tab on your dashboard.

Here, you can switch between two different history views depending on what you are looking for:
Exchange History: View your Buy and Sell orders (e.g., buying Bitcoin with a Credit Card).
Wallet History: View transfers sent to and from your Paybis Wallet.
To verify a specific payment or get the technical details:
Locate the Transaction: Find the specific entry in your list.
Click Once: Click anywhere on the transaction row to expand the details.

View Proof: A detail window will open showing:
Amount & Currency
Recipient Wallet Address
Blockchain Hash (TXID): Click the link provided here to view the transaction on the block explorer.
Download invoice: You can request an invoice for the completed transfer.
For every exchange transaction (Buy or Sell), we automatically send a receipt to your registered email address.
This email confirms the status of your order (Completed or Rejected) and serves as your official record.
The same principle applies if you are interested in reviewing your transfers on your Paybis wallet.
