↩️ Paybis Refund Policy
Our policy is divided based on whether the transaction involved cryptocurrency or a failed fiat-only exchange.
Section 1: Transactions Involving Cryptocurrency
If you change your mind about a cryptocurrency purchase, Paybis processes this as a buyback or exchange, based on the current market rate.
| Process | Details |
|---|---|
| Method | Paybis repurchases the crypto you send back to our wallet. |
| Return | You will receive funds via Debit/Credit Card, SEPA bank transfer, Skrill, or Neteller. |
| Fee | The returned amount will be the current market rate minus the service fee for the transaction. |
| Requirement | You must have access to your wallet and be able to send the cryptocurrency back to our designated wallet address. |
⚠️ Important Security Warning: If scammers or unauthorized 3rd parties have control of your cryptocurrency, refunds are not possible.
Section 2: Transactions That Do Not Involve Cryptocurrency
This section applies to fiat transactions (e.g., Skrill, Neteller) where a cryptocurrency purchase cannot be completed.
Time Limit: Refunds are only possible within 30 days from the moment the exchange was initiated.
Fee Coverage: The customer will cover any additional service fees incurred by Paybis as a result of the refund.
Example: For a Skrill transaction, Paybis will refund the original amount minus the service fee that Skrill or Neteller charged Paybis for both the incoming and outgoing transactions.
