You can cancel a transaction only if the cryptocurrency has not been paid out yet.
⚠️ Critical Reminder: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once the funds are sent to the blockchain, they cannot be retrieved or canceled.
Option 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Dashboard)
If your transaction is still in the early stages of processing, you can cancel it directly from your member area:
Go to Transactions: Log in and navigate to the "Transactions" tab in your account dashboard.
Select Transaction: Click on the specific Transaction Number you wish to cancel.
Cancel: Scroll down to the bottom of the transaction details page and click the "Cancel" button.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you do not see the option to cancel the transaction, it may have progressed too far or requires manual assistance.
