When Will I Be Asked to Verify My Card?
If verification is required, you will be prompted during the transaction process. The transaction in which the card is used will indicate that verification is needed, and you’ll be given the option to upload a photo of your card.\
How to Complete Card Verification

Upload a clear image of your card
- We recommend starting with the side that shows the card number.
- Our system will automatically blur the middle digits of your card number, leaving only the first 6 and last 4 digits visible.
- The CVV code will also be hidden automatically.

Card with information on both sides
- If your card shows your name and number on different sides, you will be able to upload the second side after the first image is submitted and processed.

Cards without a name
- If your card does not have a name printed on it, it may be difficult to complete verification.
- In such cases, we recommend providing a supporting document or screenshot that displays the card’s first 6 and last 4 digits along with your full name.
- If this is not possible, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance.
Important: Virtual Cards Not Accepted
We do not accept virtual cards for card verification. If you have attempted to use a virtual card:
- We recommend that you cancel the transaction, or
- Contact our support team for further assistance.
