Belfius Pay allows you to pay via a direct transfer from your Belfius account, using either the Belfius Mobile app or Belfius Direct Net.
Payment Details & Limits
Before you begin your transaction, please keep the following details in mind:
Available Countries: Belgium.
Supported Currency: EUR.
Transaction Limits: The minimum transaction is 5 EUR, and the maximum is 50,000 EUR.

Fees:
For transactions under €73.26, a flat fee of €2 is applied.
For transactions of €73.26 and above, a flat fee of 2.73% is applied (this includes a 0.74% service fee and a 1.99% Paybis fee).
Standard network fees will also apply depending on the specific cryptocurrency you are purchasing.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Set up your transaction On the Paybis website, choose your fiat currency (EUR), select Belfius Pay as your payment method, and pick the cryptocurrency you want to buy. Then, enter your crypto wallet details.
Step 2: Proceed to Belfius You will be redirected to the secure Belfius payment page. Important Note: You will see the beneficiary listed as Stichting Mollie Payments (the legal name of our payment provider, Mollie) rather than Paybis. This is completely expected.
Step 3: Choose your authorization method Under the heading "Kies uw betaalmethode" (Choose your payment method), select one of two options:

Option A: Belfius Mobile
If you are on a desktop computer, open your Belfius Mobile app, select mobile payment, and scan the QR code on your screen. If you are on a mobile device, the app will open directly.
You will see a summary ("Samenvatting") detailing the amount, the sender account, the beneficiary (Stichting Mollie Payments), and the payment reference.
Tap "Bevestigen" (Confirm).
Authorize the payment with your Face ID or app PIN. The app will then display "Betaling geslaagd!" (Payment successful).

Option B: Belfius Direct Net
Select "Aanmelden op Belfius Direct Net" to log in with your card reader and safely confirm the payment there.
Step 4: Return to Paybis After you confirm the payment, you will be automatically returned to the Paybis website. You will see a screen indicating that your funds are on the way, and Paybis will continue processing your crypto payout.

If you ever require a refund for your transaction, please note that full and partial refunds are supported and remain valid for up to 6 months.
