How to Complete Your Purchase Step-by-Step
Step 1: Set Up Your Purchase
Go to Paybis.com.
Select EUR as your fiat currency and choose Bancontact as your payment method.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase and enter your crypto wallet address.
Review the transaction summary and click Continue.
Step 2: Pay on the Bancontact Checkout Page
You will be redirected to the secure Bancontact payment screen displaying the transaction amount, order reference, and beneficiary (Paybis Europe SIA). You will see the prompt "Comment voulez-vous payer?" (How do you want to pay?) with two payment options:
Option A: Pay with the Bancontact App

On Desktop:
Open the Bancontact app on your smartphone.
Tap Payer (Pay) in the app and scan the QR code displayed on your desktop screen.

On Mobile:
Tap Ouvrez votre app Bancontact (Open your Bancontact app) on your screen.
Select your bank app from the provided list.
Confirmation: Log in to your banking app using your PIN or biometrics. Review the summary (showing PAYBIS EUROPE SIA as the beneficiary) and confirm the payment.
Option B: Pay with Your Bancontact Card
Select Payez avec votre carte Bancontact (Pay with your Bancontact card).
Enter your Card Number and Expiry Date.
Complete the 3-D Secure authentication required by your bank to authorize the transaction.
Step 3: Payout & Wallet Delivery
Once your payment is authorized, you will automatically be redirected back to Paybis.
You will see the message "Your funds are on the way" while your transaction is processed. Paybis will then dispatch your crypto directly to your specified wallet address, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
