To begin using our services, you only need two things: a working email address and a mobile phone number.

• Your email address will serve as your primary username and identifier. Please ensure you maintain access to the email address you use for registration.

🚨 Crucial Safety Warning: Protect Yourself

DO NOT proceed with creating a Paybis account if you encounter any of the following situations:

• Someone is promising extremely high returns or a deal that seems too good to be true on investments.

• Someone is controlling your device remotely or attempting to guide you through the registration process step-by-step.

1. Account Creation: Sign Up & Verification

There are two easy ways to initiate the sign-up process:

1. Click the "Sign up" button located in the top right corner of the page.

2. Alternatively, select the cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC) and the amount you wish to purchase, and then click "Buy Bitcoin".

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code and click "Continue".

The next step is to verify your mobile phone number.

A second 6-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Enter the code and click "Continue".

Congratulations! You have successfully created your Paybis account.
 

2. Transaction Setup & Document Verification

After signing up, you are ready to proceed with your first transaction and complete the identity verification process.

Note: Users from the United Kingdom will have a 24-hour cooldown period. Please see Understanding the Cooling-Off Period for UK Customers for more information. 

A. Set Up Your Transaction

• Enter the Wallet Address where you want to receive your cryptocurrency.

• Paybis Wallet Option: If you wish to send the cryptocurrency to your Paybis wallet, simply select the "Paybis wallet" option provided under the "Wallet" field.

B. Complete Your Verification

Enter your country, city, state (if applicable), full address line, and postal code.

Take a good-quality photo of your selected document (e.g., Passport, ID Card).

C. Final Approval

Finally, wait for the verification to be approved automatically. The system check usually takes up to 5 minutes.
