This comprehensive guide provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on purchasing cryptocurrency through the Bank Transfer method available on the Paybis platform.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to proceed with a payment:
1. Select the ''SEPA Bank Transfer'' on the left side of the Paybis home page (please note that, at the moment, it is only possible to purchase with Euro currency);
2. Enter the amount you would like to spend/receive and click “Buy”;
3. Next, you will need to decide which wallet you want to use to deposit your cryptocurrency, whether it's the Paybis Wallet or an External Wallet.
4. Once the wallet is chosen from your side, you will be provided with the Bank account details to which you will need to make your payment;
5. Please log in to your bank account to initiate the payment. After making the payment from your bank account, return to the transaction page where the bank details were provided and click on "Payment made."
Important: Please ensure that the recipient's information is accurate before transferring funds. Make sure to input the details provided by Paybis and not any other information. If the wrong recipient details are entered, your payment will be automatically reversed by the bank.
6. As soon as we receive your Bank transfer, we will review your payment and proceed with the payout for your transaction
Note: Once everything is settled from your side and you have marked that payment has been made, it's important to keep an eye on your email inbox that you registered on Paybis, we might contact you for more information about the payment.
Additionally, please note that Great Britain is still in the SEPA zone, therefore, do not instruct your bank to send a payment as an international transfer.
Reasons for delays in receiving a bank transfer:
- Your bank is performing some AML checks and has requested additional information from you.
- Our bank is performing AML checks and requested SOF to be provided by you.
- You made a transfer on Saturday/Sunday/public holidays, but banks send payments only on business days (Monday to Friday)
- Bank holidays in your country, in the partner bank country, etc.
