📝 Step-by-Step Selling Guide
Follow these steps to complete your sale:
Select Asset & Method: On the Paybis homepage, select the cryptocurrency you wish to sell on the left side. On the right side, choose your withdrawal method:
Credit Card
Skrill / Neteller
Bank Transfer (SEPA) – For EUR payments in Europe.
Bank Transfer (SWIFT) – For international payments in multiple currencies.
Enter Amount: Input the amount you wish to sell and click “Sell”.
Provide Details: Enter your personal account details (IBAN/SWIFT code, etc.) and click “Continue”.
Get Deposit Address: We will provide you with the exact amount of crypto to send and the destination wallet address.
Transfer Crypto: Go to your personal wallet and send the funds to the address provided.
⚠️ Critical: Please remember to set the miners' fee separately so that we receive the exact amount indicated in the transaction.
Processing: As soon as we receive at least one confirmation on the Blockchain, we will process your payout.
🌍 Bank Transfer Options: SEPA vs. SWIFT
We offer two distinct bank transfer methods depending on your location and currency needs.
1. SEPA (Eurozone)
Currency: EUR only.
Region: Available to residents of the SEPA zone.
Rule: If you are in a SEPA country and wish to receive EUR, you must use the SEPA method.
2. SWIFT (International)
Currencies: USD, EUR*, CAD, GBP, JPY, MXN, CHF, CZK, DKK, NOK, PLN, SEK, ZAR, HUF, ILS, AED, HKD, SGD, KWD, RON, BHD, TRY, AUD.
*(Note: EUR via SWIFT is for non-SEPA countries only).
Limits:
Minimum: $1,000 USD (or equivalent)
Maximum: $1,000,000 USD (or equivalent)
🚫 Important Payout Rules & Restrictions
Please pay close attention to the following rules to avoid delays or failed transfers:

| SEPA Requirement | Users residing in SEPA countries who wish to receive EUR payouts must select the SEPA payment method. SWIFT cannot be used for EUR transfers within the SEPA zone. |
| Gambling Restrictions | Funds sent to Neteller/Skrill are transferred as a "non-gambling balance." Please check with Neteller/Skrill support to see if these funds can be used for gambling purposes. |
⏱️ Processing Times
Bank Transfers: Payouts are usually processed on business days (Monday – Friday). Weekend transfers will be processed the next working day.
