Q: How to change my e-mail address?
A: Unfortunately, it is impossible to change the email address once you have already registered. You can always create a new account and we will deactivate the old one.
If you want to proceed with deactivating your current account, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org saying that you will register a new account. Do not forget to include the email address that you will use for the new account and the reason why you want to close your current one. It's worth mentioning that you cannot use the same email address that you have used previously.

Q: Why is my account suspended?
A: These are the most common reasons:
-> Your account was disabled by your request
-> We suspected your account was hacked and disabled it for you
-> You have more than 1 account verified in your name (please check our multiple account policy)
-> You violated the terms of service (please read our policies)
