Before you contact us, please prepare the following:
- Transaction hash link
- Name of the network in which you sent the crypto
- Wallet address for a refund
Keep in mind that we may ask you to send additional tokens for your refund. In some cases, we won't be able to recover your crypto or tokens if it involves additional development costs.
