If you have not yet set up a Paybis wallet, please refer to the following instructions: How to create a Paybis wallet?
Managing Wallet Addresses
Users have the flexibility to manage multiple addresses for a specific cryptocurrency:
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Creating Addresses | Go to the "Add wallet" function to generate one or more new wallet addresses for a certain cryptocurrency (e.g., DOT). |
| Customizing Names | You can easily customize the name of each new address (e.g., "1st wallet," "2nd wallet") by clicking the small pencil icon next to the address name. |
| Permanence | IMPORTANT: Once a wallet address is added, it cannot be deleted. Users cannot remove any previously generated addresses. |
The sell option will only be visible and available when two conditions are met:
The cryptocurrency has a positive balance eligible for selling.
Paybis offers a selling option for that specific coin.
Note: Even if the sell option is visible, the amount may be too small to meet transaction limits. For more information about limits, click here.
Balance and Transaction History
Your wallet dashboard provides an overview of your funds and a detailed history of your activity.
Current Balance View
The balances of your Paybis wallet are currently reflected in USD currency. While this is the only currency option available at present, additional display features will be implemented in the near future.
Transaction History
Below your balance, you will find your wallet's transaction history, colour-coded for quick identification:
🟢 Green: Indicates incoming transactions to your wallet (deposits).
🔴 Red: Indicates outgoing transactions from your wallet (withdrawals).
⚫ Grey: Indicates failed transactions.
To access more detailed information about a transaction (including payment details for a failed transaction), simply click on the specific transaction in the list. Please see the example of a failed transaction below:
