Do I need a Paybis account in order to have a wallet?
Yes, in order to create a Paybis Wallet, you need to sign up for an account first and verify it. You may create an account here.
Do you provide wallet services to anyone in the world?
We provide our wallet services to most countries and states in the world with some exceptions. Please see our Terms of Service "10. Eligibility" for more information.
Can I send my crypto directly to the Paybis wallet?
Yes, you can. During your transaction, you may select the "Paybis wallet" option and the wallet will be automatically created for you and your purchased crypto will be stored there once your transaction is completed. You can also create the wallet before initiating the transaction by going to the "Wallets" section.
Can I send my crypto from the Paybis wallet to an external wallet address?
Yes, you can. We do not restrict our clients in their asset management.
Are Paybis wallets free?
Our wallets are free of charge, meaning that anyone can create one as long as they have a Paybis account.
Which cryptocurrency wallets can I create?
For each cryptocurrency listed, you can have a single wallet, however, there are particular cryptocurrencies for which you will be able to create more than one wallet address, find these cryptocurrencies below:
- BTC,
- LTC,
- BCH,
- DOGE,
- ADA,
- XRP,
- XLM.
Why is my crypto not showing up in my Paybis wallet after my transaction has been completed?
Cryptocurrency transactions require confirmations before they appear on your wallet balance. Usually, it will take anywhere between 10-20 minutes for the coins to reflect on your wallet's balance but may take longer due to market demand. If the coins do not show up on your wallet, feel free to reach out to us.
Where can I find the tag or memo for my Paybis wallet?
The memo and tags are displayed next to your address info as well as in the window if you wish to send or receive your crypto.
WIll my wallet address ever change?
Your address will not change. Once you create it, it is permanent and will not be ever changed.
Can I refund my purchase in my Paybis wallet?
Unfortunately, this is not available. You may use the "Sell crypto" as a way to get your money back for the purchase. Currently, this is only available for Bitcoin, but we are working on adding options for other cryptos as well.
What will happen to my coins if I lose access to my registered email address?

Does my wallet have a seed phrase and can I restore it?
No, we offer custodian-only wallets. Paybis takes measures to ensure that your assets are secured. Our security features can be seen here.
What to do if I am not receiving a phone code for my transfer?
You can always request a new code to see if it arrives. If the code still does not arrive, please contact us via live chat or email support@paybis.com so we can assist you.
I lost access to my phone number, how can I recover my wallet access?

What will happen to my assets if my account gets suspended?
You will have the opportunity to withdraw the crypto before we close your account completely.
Will you introduce the option to stake crypto?
Yes, we will. Currently, there are no exact dates, but we are planning to add this feature in the foreseeable future.
