Do I need a Paybis account to have a wallet? Yes. To create a Paybis Wallet, you must first register and verify your account. You can create your account here.
Is the wallet service available globally? We offer wallet services to most countries and states worldwide. However, there are some geographic exceptions due to regulatory requirements.

Are Paybis wallets free? Yes! Our wallets are completely free of charge. Any verified Paybis user can create a wallet at no cost.
Which cryptocurrency wallets can I create? We offer wallet addresses for nearly all cryptocurrencies listed on our platform. You can even generate multiple wallets for most assets.

💸 Transactions: Sending, Receiving & Refunds
Can I send crypto directly to my Paybis wallet? Absolutely. You have two options:
During Purchase: Select "Paybis wallet" at checkout. The wallet is created automatically, and your crypto is stored there upon completion.
Manual Deposit: Create the wallet first in the "Wallets" section, then send funds to that address.
Can I send crypto from Paybis to an external wallet? Yes. We do not restrict how you manage your assets. You are free to withdraw your funds to any external wallet address at any time.
Why is my crypto not showing up yet? Blockchain transactions require network confirmations before appearing in your balance.
Typical Time: 10–20 minutes.
Delays: High network demand may cause longer wait times. If it takes significantly longer, please contact us.
Where do I find the Destination Tag or Memo? If your asset requires a Tag/Memo (e.g., XRP, XLM, BNB), it will be clearly displayed next to your wallet address information in the deposit/send window.
Will my wallet address ever change? No. Once generated, your Paybis wallet address is permanent and will never change. You can safely reuse it.
Can I refund a purchase made to my Paybis wallet? Yes, provided you still have access to the cryptocurrency in your wallet, you can proceed with a refund.

🔐 Security & Access Troubleshooting
Is this a non-custodial wallet? (Do I get a seed phrase?) No, Paybis offers custodial wallets.
What this means: You do not manage a seed phrase. Instead, Paybis secures the private keys and assets on your behalf using enterprise-grade security.

What if I lose access to my phone number? We may be able to assist you with account recovery depending on your verification status. Please contact us via Live Chat or email support@paybis.com.
I'm not receiving the SMS code for my transfer. What should I do?

What happens to my assets if my account is suspended? In the event of a suspension, you will generally be given the opportunity to withdraw your cryptocurrency before the account is permanently closed.
