⚠️ Sent Crypto on the Wrong Network? Here is What to Do
If you have accidentally sent cryptocurrency to your Paybis wallet or a sell transaction using the wrong network (e.g., sending USDT via Binance Smart Chain instead of Ethereum), please follow this guide to request a recovery.
1. Contact Support Immediately
Please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible via Live Chat or email at support@paybis.com.
Required Information: To speed up the investigation, please have the following details ready before you contact us:
Transaction Hash (TXID): The direct link to the transaction on the blockchain explorer.
Network Name: The specific network you used to send the funds (e.g., BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum).
Refund Address: A wallet address where we can return the funds if recovery is successful.
2. Important Recovery Conditions
Please understand that recovering assets sent on an unsupported network is a complex, manual process.
Recovery Fee: In some cases, we may ask you to deposit a small amount of additional tokens to cover the network gas fees required to move the stuck funds.
No Guarantee: While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee recovery in all cases. If the recovery involves significant additional development costs or technical limitations, it may not be possible to retrieve your assets.
