We accept Bank Transfers in EUR (SEPA) from all customers except for restricted locations.
SEPA transfers are available for customers that have a bank account in one of the SEPA countries. For non-SEPA country residents, it may be possible that your bank has a partner bank in the SEPA country and is able to perform such a transfer. Please make sure to check with your bank if your name & surname will be visible once receive a transfer from an intermediary bank into our account.
When you start a "Bank Transfer" to a "selected cryptocurrency" transaction, you will be provided with the information about our bank to which account details to make a payment.
You will have to provide the exact payment details. Otherwise, your payment will be refunded and processing fees deducted.
Make sure to double-check the information when you make a transfer and please note the following:

Name and surname on your bank account should match the name and surname on your Paybis account verification document. We cannot accept payments from corporate accounts, friends, relatives, etc.

Cryptocurrency price is not fixed at the moment when you open a transaction. The amount of cryptocurrency will be re-calculated when funds are added to our bank account.
Warning! You may be requested to pass additional verification at any time. Also, the Source of Funds (SOF) will be requested once you reach a threshold defined by our partner bank. Therefore, please check your email once in a while to avoid delays.
Reasons for delays in receiving a bank transfer:

You made a transfer on Saturday/Sunday/public holidays, but banks send payments only on business days (Monday to Friday)

Bank holidays in your country, in the partner bank country, etc.
