We accept Bank Transfers in EUR (SEPA) from all customers residing outside of restricted locations.
For SEPA Residents: This option is available if you have a bank account in a SEPA country.

For Non-SEPA Residents: You may still be able to use this method if your bank has a partner bank in the SEPA zone.
Tip: Check with your bank to ensure your Name & Surname will be visible when the transfer reaches us.
📝 How to Make the Payment
Select Method: Choose "SEPA Bank Transfer" to initiate a transfer in EUR.
Get Details: When you open the transaction, we will provide you with our bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, and Beneficiary Name).
Initiate Transfer: Log in to your own online banking and make the payment using the exact details provided.
⚠️ Important: You must use the exact payment details shown. If incorrect details are used, the payment will be rejected/refunded, and processing fees will be deducted.
🛑 Critical Rules (Read Before Sending)
To ensure your transaction is processed successfully, you must adhere to the following rules:

Name Matching: The Name and Surname on your bank account must match the Name and Surname on your Paybis account verification document.
🚫 We cannot accept payments from corporate accounts, friends, relatives, or third parties.

Price Fluctuation: The cryptocurrency price is not fixed at the moment you open the transaction.
The final amount of cryptocurrency will be re-calculated at the moment the funds actually arrive in our bank account.
⏳ Delays & Verification Checks
Warning: You may be requested to pass additional verification at any time.
Source of Funds (SOF): Once your total transaction volume reaches a threshold defined by our partner bank, you will be required to provide Source of Funds documentation.
Action Required: Please check your email regularly to avoid delays if we request documents.
Common Reasons for Transfer Delays:
🏦 Bank Holidays: Banks do not process transfers on weekends or public holidays (in your country or the partner bank's country).
🔍 AML Checks: Your bank or our bank may be performing routine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
📄 Waiting for Info: We may be waiting for you to provide the requested Source of Funds (SOF) documents.
