Supported Currencies: We accept payments in USD and EUR.
✅ Account Requirements
To ensure your transaction is processed successfully, please verify the following criteria:
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Personal Accounts Only | We only accept transactions from personal Skrill accounts. Business accounts are not supported. |
| Identity Matching | The Name, Surname, and Date of Birth (DOB) on your Skrill account must match your Paybis account exactly. If they do not match, the transaction will be rejected. |
| Verification | Identity verification on Paybis is mandatory for all Skrill transactions, regardless of the amount. |
📤 Receiving Funds & Gambling Balances
When you sell crypto and receive funds to your Skrill account, please be aware of the specific balance type:
Non-Gambling Balance: As a crypto merchant, Paybis generally sends funds as a "non-gambling" balance.
Usage Warning: This means you may be restricted from using these specific funds on gambling or betting websites.
Recommendation: Before initiating a transaction, we kindly ask you to contact the Skrill Support Team to confirm if funds received from a crypto merchant can be used for your intended purpose.
