🌍 Availability & Currencies
The Neteller payment method is available for customers worldwide who have an existing Neteller account, except for residents of restricted jurisdictions (including the United States and other non-serviced countries).
Supported Currencies: We accept payments in USD and EUR.
✅ Account Requirements
To ensure your transaction is processed successfully, please verify the following criteria:
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Personal Accounts Only | We only accept transactions from personal Neteller accounts. Business accounts are not supported. |
| Name Matching | The name and surname on your Neteller account must match the name on your Paybis account exactly. If they do not match, the transaction will be rejected. |
| Verification | Identity verification on Paybis is mandatory for all Neteller transactions, regardless of the amount. |
📤 Receiving Funds (Payouts) & "Non-Gambling" Balances
When you sell crypto and receive funds to your Neteller account, please be aware of the specific balance type:
Non-Gambling Balance: As a crypto merchant, Paybis is regulatory bound to send funds as a "non-gambling" balance.
What this means: You may be restricted from using these specific funds on gambling or betting websites.
For more details on the difference between gambling and non-gambling balances, please refer to the Neteller support site.
↩️ Refund Policy
In the event that a transaction must be refunded (e.g., due to a name mismatch):
Principal Amount: The original transfer amount will be returned.
Fees: Please note that incoming and outgoing transaction fees are non-refundable. You will bear the cost of the processing fees.
If you have any questions about your Neteller account eligibility, please contact our support team before initiating a transaction.
