If you wish to terminate (close) your account on Paybis, you have two convenient options: the self-service method through your profile or contacting our support team directly.
Option 1: Self-Service Account Closure (Recommended)
Follow these steps directly within your Paybis account dashboard:
Log In: Access your Paybis account and navigate to the Member's Area.
Access Settings: Look for your profile options (usually located in the top-right corner).
3. Go to Profile: Click on "Profile Settings".
4. Submit Request: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete account" button.
⚠️ Attention: Please read the information and warnings displayed on the screen carefully before submitting.
5. Processing: Your closure request will be officially processed within 5 business days.
Option 2: Contacting Support
As an alternative, you can initiate the closure request via email:
Send Email: Send a message to support@paybis.com from the email address registered on your Paybis account.
State Reason: Clearly state your request to close the account and the reason for the closure in the email body.
Processing: Once we receive your request, it will be processed as soon as possible.
