In addition, please find step-by-step instructions in the text version below:
Step 1: Access Your Wallet
Log In: Sign in to your Paybis account.
-
Navigate: Click on the "Member area" button (top right), then select the "Wallet" tab (top left).
Alternatively, access the page directly here: https://paybis.com/member/wallets/
Select Asset: Locate the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer and click the "Send" button next to it.
Step 2: Enter Transfer Details
A pop-up window will appear. Please fill in the following fields carefully:
-
Sending to: Paste the external wallet address here.
⚠️ Critical Warning: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always double-check the address character-by-character. We cannot issue refunds for funds sent to the wrong address.
-
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to send.
Tip: Click the "Send all" button to automatically select your entire available balance.
Step 3: Select Network Fee
You must pay a network (miner) fee to process the transfer on the blockchain. Our system selects "Medium" by default, but you can adjust it:
Low: Lower fee, but slower confirmation time.
Medium: Balanced speed and cost (Recommended).
High: Higher fee for the fastest confirmation time.
Step 4: Confirm & Verify
Once the details are filled in, click "Send".
SMS Verification: A new window will appear asking for a 6-digit code.
Enter Code: Input the code sent to your registered mobile phone number to authorize the transaction.
Success! The funds have been sent to the external wallet address.
